How it works

Step by step

This is how your bill reaches people who want to help.

  1. Create account

    With an email address and password. Use is permitted from the age of 18, and each person may have only one account.

  2. Confirm your identity

    Once, with your details and a copy of your ID. This way we make sure there is a real person behind every bill.

  3. Submit a bill

    A photo or PDF of the bill, amount, payee, IBAN and payment reference – plus a few sentences about your situation.

  4. We check

    We usually check the bill within 1–2 working days. If we have questions, we will get in touch.

  5. Someone steps in

    As soon as someone takes it on and has paid, you will be notified. Please then confirm that the bill is settled.

  6. Say thank you

    If you like, you can write a short thank-you message to the person who helped.

What we need

What we need from you – and why

The bill

So that we can check that it is genuine and that the amount, payee and payment reference are correct. Supporters never see the document.

Payee and IBAN

The money goes directly to the payee. That's why we check that the account really belongs to them.

Your identity

Name, date of birth, address and a copy of your ID. Only our review team sees them, and the copy is automatically deleted after the review.

Your story

Briefly tell your story. Supporters see only your first name (or “Anonymous”), your city and your text – never the document.

Which bills are accepted

Bills from companies and public bodies

For example:

  • Electricity & gas
  • Rent & utilities
  • Water
  • Internet & phone
  • Health
  • School & daycare
  • Insurance
  • Mobility
  • Other

Up to 2 500.00 € per bill, at most 3 open bills at the same time.

What is not possible

  • Bills that do not concern you yourself
  • Transfers to private individuals – except landlords with a verified rental agreement
  • Accounts belonging to you or people close to you
  • Forged or altered documents

If you provide false information, we block the account.

How long it takes

Realistic planning

Review

Usually within 1–2 working days. If something is missing, we ask – you can then add to the bill.

Payment

When someone pays a bill depends on the supporters. There is no entitlement to it – so submit in good time before the due date.

Payment

Once a supporter has taken on the bill, they transfer the money directly to the payee. Please do not pay the bill yourself after that.

Privacy

Your data stays private

  • Supporters only see your first name or “Anonymous”, your city and your text – never the document, never your address.
  • You don't find out who paid, and supporters don't find out who you are.
  • Documents are stored encrypted with us and are automatically deleted once the process is complete.
  • Bill pages do not appear in search engines.
