The higher the bill amount, the more work the review takes. The bill amount itself always goes 100% to the payee.

Why credits cost something
So that only real bills from real people go online and your money doesn't end up with scammers, every bill involves manual work. That is exactly what you pay for with a credit – not the bill itself.
Every bill is checked
We check that the bill is genuine: document, amount, due date and payment reference – and that the recipient really exists.
The payee account is checked
The IBAN must demonstrably belong to the recipient – if necessary, we ask them to confirm. That way your money doesn't end up in the wrong account.
The person is checked
People asking for help identify themselves with an official ID. Made-up names and duplicate accounts are caught during the check.
Every payment is confirmed
We check your proof of transfer and send you both a payment confirmation.
Nothing is deducted
The full bill amount goes directly to the recipient. We never see this money and keep not a cent of it.

Good to know
